Who BetBoost is for
BetBoost is a B2B platform intended for venue operators and their authorized staff to manage in-venue sportsbook promotions and analytics.
Age requirement
Users must be 21+ (or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction) to interact with sportsbook promotions.
Compliance responsibility
Venue operators are responsible for compliance with applicable local, state, and federal gambling laws and regulations, as well as any venue policies and licensing requirements.
Not a sportsbook
BetBoost is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not process betting transactions. BetBoost facilitates access to promotions and provides analytics for venues.
Sportsbook terms
Promotions are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual sportsbook provider(s). Availability and eligibility may vary by location and user status.
Account termination
BetBoost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, limit access, or remove content at any time, including for suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
