• Demo request data: email address (and any other details you submit in the demo request form).
• Location data: latitude/longitude submitted at claim time for in-venue geolocation verification.
• Scan and conversion data: events related to promo scans, claims, and conversion tracking to measure promo performance.

How we use data

• To operate and improve the BetBoost platform.
• To contact demo requesters and follow up on requests.
• To track promo performance and provide venue analytics.
• To verify that patrons are physically at a venue before allowing claims.

Location data

Location data is used only for in-venue verification at the time of claim. We do not store precise patron location data permanently.

Data storage and processors

We use Supabase for data storage and related infrastructure. Our use of third-party providers is limited to what's necessary to deliver and maintain the service.
